Car Insurance Is Unconstitutional

It is unconstitutional, to make it mandatory, for people to pay for car insurance.

I’m a good driver and haven’t had an accident or a speeding ticket in more than 20 years. Over those 20 years I paid more than $20,000 in insurance. If I do get in an accident, insurance Company will not even pay as much as I paid them. I think it’s unconstitutional to be forced to pay car insurance and would like to fight it in court. Scientists told the car companies if they made a car go faster than 10 mph, people would be injured and killed by them. When they lowered the speed limit to 55 it saved 10,000 lives. I believe insurance companies are lobbying to have higher speed limits, so they can force people to purchase insurance. If speed limits were 10 mph, no one would need insurance and no one would die or be injured in car crashes. I have more money in the bank than my insurance company would pay, if I had an accident. Can I be my own insurance carrier? I heard you could put up a bond or something to cover yourself instead of having insurance. My father was born on a farm in 1914 in Detroit, they had dirt roads and horses. It’s not my fault I can not use a horse for transportation like my father did. Should I sue to get out of paying car insurance or simply wait until they give me a ticket for driving without insurance and fight it in court then? Everyone who has paid for car insurance can sue for a refund. Every person who was injured or had a family member killed in a car accident can sue the insurance company for their losses. It is the insurance companies that lobby Washington for higher speed limits so that they can make people afraid and sell their insurance. They should also be charged with one count of premeditated murder for every person who dies in a car accident. They knew the reason why people are injured and killed in car accidents, is because scientists told them if they make cars go faster than 10 miles an hour people would be injured and killed by them. But they knew the only way they can sell people car insurance, is if people are being killed and injured by them. I’m looking for lawyers and people who have losses from car accidents and insurance premiums and who want to get their money back.

I’m sorry but the number I left at the end of the other videos was wrong number. Call the number at the end of this video 248-906-4634 it was a 4 not a 7 and leave a message after it says leave a message after the tone. Some people think this phone number is out of order, but it is set for voicemail by leaving the magic jack unplugged. So the message will say something like, “this magic jack customers equipment is disconnected, or something to that effect, leave a message after the tone”. That’s your cue to leave a message.

Ah, that’s why. That wouldn’t be covered under insurance normally so that is why the claim was denied. In general, a pre-existing condition (something like cracking in a foundation ) or failure of maintenance ( such as damage caused by water in a basement that creates mold ) won’t be covered. That’s a failure on the homeowners part not to fix the situation that allowed it to deteriorate. Always check you dec pages for what is / isn’t covered. Next time you won’t be surprised.

  6. Interesting views …
Interesting views on your channel, but I disagree with you on some points here. Insurance companies must pay if a “proof of loss” is submitted. They have no choice. It’s law. Maybe the loss submitted wasn’t sufficient enough, but it is usually a pretty simple process. The other thing is driving a car isn’t a right like most think. It’s a privilege and if the state requires you to have something such as a valid license, insurance, annual inspections then you have to comply or lose that privilege.

  7. @manasmith You can …
@manasmith You can move closer to work. The cost of faster speed limits should not come out of other people’s pockets. If you want to pay for everyone else’s insurance, because you want to drive fast, then you should pay it. You should also pay their medical expenses when they get injured because of those high speed limits. In my community the speed limit is 15 miles an hour and in 35 years there’s never been an injury and everyone is able to drive electric golf carts.

  8. I do think …
I do think expecting speed limits to be that low is a bit unrealistic. I work a long way from home, and doubling my driving time would make it impossible to work. If I could only get a job within the immediate area, I would not be able to do anything above minimum wage labor. My skills are rather specific.
While I agree that cars and driving need to be made safer, I don’t think lowering the speed limit is the way to do it. Certainly speed limits should not go higher than they are now.

Thanx for your friendship… Very interesting point of view, in this video… Should that be obligatory, or not… Many unnecessary things are becoming obligatory, and, otherwise, some necessary things are not… I am not quite sure…
